Fees & engagement
A written scope is agreed before work begins. Final fees depend on procedure, complexity, urgency, evidence and the number of hearings or connected issues.
A starting scope for an agreed or otherwise straightforward divorce after jurisdiction and document review.
Joint procedural coordination only where legally permissible, both spouses remain agreed and no conflict of interest exists.
Court and registry charges, certified translation, notarization, apostille or legalization, couriers, valuation, expert work and unusual evidence collection are not automatically included. Contested divorce, custody, support and property litigation receive a case-specific proposal after the issues are understood.
Transparent scope
An agreed filing and contested proceedings require different preparation. Disputes about service, jurisdiction, children, finances or evidence can add submissions, hearings and negotiation stages.
Foreign certificates, judgments and Powers of Attorney may require authentication and Georgian translation. Missing records or several connected jurisdictions can change the work needed before filing.
Immediate deadlines, protective applications, extensive correspondence or coordination with experts and foreign counsel may require a separate or expanded scope.
Begin by sending a concise chronology, the countries involved, the result you seek and copies of the most relevant documents. After an initial review, we identify assumptions, included work, exclusions and payment terms. Additional work is discussed when the case changes rather than being silently added.
The €1,190 starting price is not an offer to represent opposing interests. It applies only to a genuinely agreed divorce where joint procedural assistance is legally permissible and conflict checks are satisfied. If positions diverge, one or both spouses may need independent representation.
